You should not skip heading levels, such as using a Heading 4 after a Heading 2 with no Heading 3 between the two. In File Locations, workgroup is now blank, and startup is back to the default c:\users\app data\roaming\etc etc In word>options>advanced>file locations, workgroup and startup are correctly set to T:\Workgroup and T:\Startup, the shortcut on their toolbar opens up the list of templates, everything is great.Īfter about a day and seemingly a restart (some users seem to have this occur whether or not they restarted), the templates disappear.
